Cancellation and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase and aim to provide excellent service and quick delivery. We require that all cancellations be at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable. Should your cancellation occur after delivery has been attempted the full price applies.
Please email cancellation requests to custsvc@gifthampers.sg with your order number. Damage done by the buyer or recipient is not refundable.
Substitution Policy
If for some reason an item is not available we will replace it with an item or equal or greater value in any of our hampers. The Pink Pomegranate will replace items broken during delivery.
