All orders will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise requested by client in the comments box upon checkout. We currently do not do deliveries on weekends and public holidays.

*For residential deliveries, we ask that you verify that someone will be available to receive the hamper, allowing a minimum 1-hour time window. A subsequent charge of $15 will be imposed should a re-delivery be necessary.

Confirmation of delivery will be sent via email or phone once the hamper has been delivered (upon request).

We currently do not deliver/ship overseas or to the following areas in Singapore:

1. Sentosa Island
2. Airport Cargo Complex
3. Airline Road
4. All Army and Civil Defence Camps
5. Jurong Island
6. All PSA Ports
7. All Shipyards

When delivering our gourmet chocolate hampers, great care is taken to ensure optimum air-conditioned comfort for our delicate chocolates! To further maintain their vitality in sunny Singapore, we recommend either keeping the hamper in an air-conditioned area or transferring the chocolates into a sealed Ziploc bag (to prevent smells being transferred from other foodstuffs) and placing them in the refrigerator. If this is not possible, we recommend you try our other less delicate baskets like the gourmet snack baskets.
